What we collect
When you join the founding community we collect your first name, your email address, an optional location and your stated interest (retreats, local events or both), together with whether you have opted in to marketing emails.
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and the message you send us.
Why we collect it
To hold your place in the founding community, to contact you about launch news and early access where you have agreed to it, and to answer the messages you send us.
Your consent
Marketing consent is optional and is never pre-selected. You can join the founding community without receiving marketing email, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email from us or by writing to us directly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your information is held
Your information is stored in our website's secure database. Access is restricted to the club's own administrators and is protected by individual logins.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in pre-launch and for as long as you are happy to hear from us. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so promptly.
Access, correction and deletion
Write to hello@theoffseasonclub.com to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies needed to work properly. We do not use advertising cookies or sell behavioural data.
